You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ct99 login credentials — including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. ct99 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security of your login details.
You must notify ct99 immediately via live chat or at [email protected] if you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised or that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
ct99 accounts are strictly non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or otherwise assign your ct99 account or any credits, winnings, or bonuses therein to any other person. Any attempt to transfer an account will result in immediate suspension of all accounts involved.
ct99 is required under its international gaming license to conduct identity verification ("KYC") on all registered players before processing any withdrawal request. KYC verification may also be triggered at ct99's discretion at any point during a player's account history.

Live in-play betting on ct99 is subject to momentary odds movements during the time between a player initiating a bet and the system confirming it. ct99 reserves the right to settle live bets at the confirmed odds at the time of acceptance, which may differ slightly from the odds displayed at the moment of initiating the bet.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ct99 holds its international gaming license. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the ct99 platform shall be resolved through ct99's internal complaints procedure in the first instance.
